Tucal, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya -oOo- Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of materials for the rehabilitation of bridge along provincial road 1.The Barangay Local Government Unit of Tucal, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya (BLGU-Tucal, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya) intends to apply the sum of Fifty Four Thousand One Hundred Seventeen Pesos (₱ 54,117.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of Materials for the Construction of Reading Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Barangay Local Government Unit of Tucal, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya (BLGU-Tucal, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids the Purchase Materials for the Construction of Reading Center. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. 4.Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the BAC Office, Barangay Tucal, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya from October 18, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.
