The LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan, through Trust Fund (LGSF) for the contract approved by the Municipality of Dinalupihan for 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS & 89/100 ONLY (₱2,499,916.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF DAY CARE CENTER, SITIO LLABAN, BRGY.COLO, DINALUPIHAN, BATAAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan now invites bids CONSTRUCTION OF DAY CARE CENTER, SITIO LLABAN, BRGY.COLO, DINALUPIHAN, BATAAN. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 14, 2024 from Municipal Treasury Office LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees either by physical or electronic means. 6. The LGU Dinalupihan, Bataan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 21, 2024 at 10:00 am at Executive Hall, Municipal Building and/or through videoconferencing/webcasting via zoom which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7.
