Works is required within 5 calendar days from the date of the official start of the subproject. Bidders should have completed in the last three (3) years of contract for works that are similar to the works that are to be undertaken under the Contract that is the subject of this Bid invitation. Interested bidders may obtain information from the LGU-BAC of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur and inspect the Bidding documents on October 10-21 2024 at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by the interested bidders on October 10-21 2024 from the address below and upon payment of a none refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of ₱ 500.00. The bidder may request that the Bid Documents be sent to them by mail or courier, and for this, the bidder shall pay the amount in the Philippine Peso to cover the cost of mail or courier delivery. The fee for obtaining a Bid documents and the cost of mail or courier shall be paid by the Bidder thru Cashier's Check or Manager's Check issued in favor of the municipality of Dinas, ZDS. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 09:00 am of October 22, 2024 at the office of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Municipal Hall Dinas, Province of Zamboanga del Sur. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. The deadline for the submission of bids must not later than 9:00 am, October 22, 2024. The opening of bids will proceed immediately after the time set for the deadline of submission of Bids as indicated above. The Municipality of Dinas, ZDS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
