The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request from bona fide supplier’s quotations for the said activity. Procurement will be conducted through small value procurement, an alternative mode of procurement as prescribed in Sec. 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184; It is the intent of the Purchaser to evaluate the bid/quotation on per item basis, and award will be made to the bid/quotation or combination of quotations resulting in the lowest evaluated quotation meeting the Purchaser’s technical specifications. Supplier shall submit its quotation to the BAC Secretariat, EMB Region V Rawis, Legazpi City. The Environmental Management Bureau Region V reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the office, for and in behalf of the project.
