The Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC),through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Thirty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fourteen Pesos (Php 17,034,914.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines under Cancer Assistance Fund PB 2024 with PhilGEPs IB No. 11329513. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening. 2. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC) SBAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order (PO). Prospective Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project within the last two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from CVMC SBAC Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 am-5:00 pm Mondays to Fridays except holidays. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 09, 2024 to October 29, 2024 from the given address and website(s) below upon payment of Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P 15,000.00) bidding documents fee. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that upon submission of the bids, the bidders shall pay the Bidding Documents fee.
