The Local Government Unit of Aritao, through 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 240,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the said project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Aritao now invites bids for the Purchase Delivery of hollowblock making machine for the Municipality of Aritao. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3.
