The Department of Education, Division of Bacolod City, through the Government of the Philippines, General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2023 (HRTD Fund), intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Six Hundred pesos (P1,505,600.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
