The Office of the Chief Minister, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (OCM-BARMM), through the Special Development Fund 2022 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Eighty-Four Centavos (PHP 21,800,499.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Madrasatul Hidaayah Al-Islamee in Brgy. Macaguiling, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The OCM-BARMM now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 365 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
