The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Five Pesos. (Php 999,325.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical and Laboratory Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Medical and Laboratory Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed 30 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
