Anent, the Department of Tourism XII is requesting quotations for the service hereunder specified: Activity : OPENING CEREMONY OF 6th TREASURES OF SOX: A TRAVEL AND TRADE EXPO Date : JUNE 8, 2024, 3:00 IN THE AFTERNOON Item Requirements: No. Items Qty Description 1 COCKTAIL 300 pax To provide 7 kinds of small non-pork savory dishes (finger foods or bite-sized) Drinks: Mix of non-alcoholic cocktail drinks, juices, soda and water Inclusions: Catering set-up for Standing Cocktail Provision of 20 Cocktail Tables w/ cover at the reception area Standby 10 Uniformed Servers Set-up should be ready 2 hours before the start of the ceremony Should provide two (2) extra tables (180cm (L) * 74cm (W) * 74cm (H) with skirting Facilitate Ingress and egress Facilitate permits and attend meetings regarding the conduct of 5th Treasures of SOX Provision of Personnel who could handle and troubleshoot problems in the area. Facilitate Ingress and egress proceedings as well as forms and permits needed to conduct smooth cocktail set-up Supplier must also provide Water Dispenser (with functioning Hot and Cold Feature) and Gallons of Mineral Water for June 7-9, 2024 Supplier must be willing to accept a send-bill arrangement Preferably a DOT-Accredited establishment Upon bid, supplier must submit proposed menu and proposed cocktail set-up Payment Terms: Suppliers will submit Delivery Invoice to Department of Tourism XII. The invoice amount should match with the Purchase Order (P.O.) amount issued by the supplier. The payment will be made in a check address to the supplier. Guarantee: It is expected of the bidder to indicate the warranty guarantee for the delivered stock items e.g. replacement of faulty items. The deadline of submission of quotation shall be on May 27, 2024, 10:00AM. The bidders shall send their duly accomplished quotation together with the eligibility requirements to Department of Tourism XII, Ground Floor Sanle Bldg., Benigno C. Aquino St., cor. Lapu-Lapu St., Koronadal City 9506. Late submission shall be rejected.
