The Barangay Tolosa, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Six Thousand One Hundred Forty-Five Pesos (PhP 76,145.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials For Drainage System in Sitio Proper, Barangay Tolosa, Malabuyoc, Cebu with Advertisement Number 2024-10-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Tolosa, now invites bids for the Procurement of Materials for Drainage System in Sitio Proper. Delivery of the Goods is required by November 2024. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee of the Barangay Tolosa and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday (except on Holidays), 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 16, 2024, from the address below in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 500.00).
