In consideration of the amount of the project involved and for the BAC to establish financial stability, the prospective bidders should have an experience of having undertaken a similar project at least a period of five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single contract with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-Qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by the interested bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of PhP 1,000.00 at the Municipal Treasurer's Office, Municipality of Dumalinao. The Municipality of Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
