This project is undertaken through Early Procurement Activities (EPA). Completion Time The project shall be completed and turned over within 150 calendar days (cds) reckoned from the date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed to be issued by the Department of General Services. Description of Eligible Bidder Prospective bidders should have a valid PCAB License and registration for “Building and/or Industrial Plant” (project kind) with at least “Small B” (size range); and Special PCAB License, if bidding as Joint Venture. 2.
