PROJECT DESCRIPTION The DBP Leasing Corporation (DBPLC) will conduct a one-day marketing event in Cebu City tailored to generate business opportunities from Maritime-related business entities. B. MODE OF PROCUREMENT Small Value Procurement (53.9) C. DURATION OF THE PROJECT One (1) Day Event/Conference (8:00AM-5:00PM), October 22, 2024 (Tuesday) D. SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED • Lease of Venue with tables, chairs and multimedia system for presentation (Sound system with microphone, LCD Projector or LED Screen/Monitor) – Function Room for 70 persons • Serve Meals:  Light Snack (Morning)  Buffet Lunch  Unlimited Coffee and Tea Facility  Unlimited Drinking Water with dispenser E. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS • Allow Ocular inspection on October 21, 2024 for DBPLC within the day • Use of air-conditioned function hall for nine (9) hours • Tables for Registration Area and other Preparatory Activities • Food and beverages inside the function room/area • Basic sound system with wireless microphones • WIFI Access • Technical Support Personnel (minimum of 1) • Availability of Parking slots (minimum of 30 slots) F. SCOPE OF WORK • Provision and preparation of a suitable function room with appropriate set-up including auxiliary and multimedia equipment. • Provision of meals and refreshments. G. JUSTIFICATION/OTHERS (Special Instructions) Location of venue should be within urban area of Cebu City H. SOURCE OF FUND Corporate Operating Budget (COB) – Marketing Activities I. TERMS OF PAYMENT An advance payment (down payment) not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount may be required from the Procuring Entity. If the said event will not push through due to unforeseen circumstances without any fault from the Procuring Entity, the advance payment (down payment) must be returned to DBPLC in full. Interested supplier/service provider is required to submit the following documents: 1. Valid and Current Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit 2. PhilGEPS Registration Number 3.
