The Barangay Government of Sinacbat, Bakun, Benguet through the BLGU- Fund 20%- 2024 and BDRRMF 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen Pesos and 25/100 (PHP. 725,215.25) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair of Boleley to Bato Waterworks in the amount of Php. 259,981.33, Construction of Lamew Sub-Clinic Kitchen in the amount of 361,978.25 and Rehabilitation along Bengbeng to Beyeng Access Road Macbas Section in the amount of 103,255.67 with Project Identification Number Infra No. 2024-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Government of Sinacbat, Bakun, Benguet now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Fifty Five (55) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Government of Sinacbat through the Bids and Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below starting from October 18, 2024; 8:00AM-5:00PM except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 24, 2024 from given address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person. 6. The Barangay Government of Sinacbat will not hold a Pre-Bid Conference. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the address below on or before October 24, 2024; 9:00 AM. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. 9. Bid opening shall be on October 24, 2024; 10:00 AM at the BAC Office, Barangay Hall, Sinacbat, Bakun, Benguet. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 10. Other necessary information/instructions to be observed by interested bidder/s:  Representative in the acquisition of bidding documents and submission of bid envelope, eligibility and other documents shall always present a written authority or Special Power of Attorney (SPA) from the licensee/proprietor.  All envelopes shall be properly labelled and provided with Ear Tags/Index Tabs for every document submitted in the bid documents.  To submit e-copy of financial bid proposal. 11. The SK Barangay Government of Sinacbat reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 12.
