High-Speed Internet Access: Must be dedicated or leased-line internet access and data transport through a fiber optic connection. D. Quality of Service (QoS): The connection must ensure a minimum of 99.6% service availability and reliability. E. Domain Name System (DNS): Must provide a DNS server, along with the necessary gateway and subnet mask configurations. F. Router/ Switch Installation: Installation of a router and switch at the New Municipal Hall Building. G. 24/7 Technical Support: Provision of round-the-clock technical assistance, accessible through telephone, email, or SMS, 365 days a year. H. Point-to-Point Connectivity: Ensure a direct connection from the provider to LGU Brooke’s Point. I. NTC Registration: The Internet Service Provider (ISP) must be registered with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC). J.
