The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III), through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P1,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FEEDLOT LOCATED AT AURORA PROVINCE TO BE USED FOR THE LEED UNDER THE LIVESTOCK PROGRAM FOR FY 2024 per Identification Number DA3- 2024-10-3654 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required FORTY-FIVE (45) CALENDAR DAYS INCLUSIVE OF NINE (9) UNWORKABLE DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
