Name of the Project : Procurement of Spare Parts for the Repair and Maintenance of Machinery Equipment Location of the Project : Puerto Princesa City Delivery Period : Within fourteen (14) calendar days after the receipt of Notice To Proceed Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of: a) For the procurement of Non-expendable Supplies and Services: The Bidder must have completed a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. b) For the procurement of Expendable Supplies: The Bidder must have completed a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and regulation (IRR).
