The BAC will use non- discretionary pass/ fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/ Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post- qualification of the lowest calculated bids. All particulars relative to eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre- Bidding Conference, Opening Bids, Post Qualification and Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations Prospective bidders should present Original PCAB license for validation before issuance of bid documents. The Schedule of BAC activities are as follows: BAC ACTIVITIES Schedules 1 Issuances of Bid Documents(LOI) including application for eligibility documents June 12, 2024 to July 1, 2024 2 Pre Bid Conference June 19, 2024 3 Opening of Bids July 1, 2024 Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Municipal Hall, Binalonan, Pangasinan, upon payment of a non- refundable amount of P 5,000.00 to the Municipal Treasurer as payment of Bidding Documents. The Local Government Unit of Binalonan, Pangasinan reserves the right to accept any of all bids and waive any informality or technically, and to award to any whose proposal is deemed most advantegous to the Local Government of Binalonan, Pangasinan neither assumes any obligation for any loss or expenses whatsoever that maybe incurred by the bidder on the preparation of their respective bids nor does the Local Government of Binalonan, Pangasinan guarantee that an award will be made.
