Parilla, Municipality of Palompon, through the 20% EDF, 2024 for the Supply of Materials for Construction/Improvement of Pathway located at Sitio Oguinsan Brgy. Parilla, Palompon, Leyte amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 100,000.00) intends to apply the sum of Seventy Three Hundred Six Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (₱73,660.00) being the ABC to payments under the Contract for No. 2024- 0507-002 Supply of Materials for Construction/Improvement of Pathway. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Brgy. Parilla, Municipality of Palompon now invites bids for the above Supply of Materials for Construction/Improvement of Pathway located at Brgy. Parilla, Palompon, Leyte. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non�discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Brgy. Parilla, Municipality of Palompon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 am -12:00 nn and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm during Mondays to Fridays on June 14, 2024 – July 5, 2024. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on June 14, 2024 – July 5, 2024 from the given address and website(s) below upon the payment of the non-refundable fee for Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P 500.00). The Brgy.Parilla, Municipality of Palompon will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on June 21, 2024 at 1:30 pm (Official Time of Barangay) at Barangay Hall which shall be open to prospective bidders. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 1:30 pm (Official Time of the Brgy.) on July 5, 2024 at Barangay Hall, Brgy. Parilla, Palompon, Leyte.
