The Municipality of Ayungon, through the LDRRMFIP 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Three and 75 100 Only (Php.1,464,843.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Footbridge at Barangay Tampocon II, Ayungon, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
