Invitation to Bid PROCUREMENT OF CIVIL WORKS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MDRR BUILDING Phase 1 1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of San Isidro, through 2. The Municipal Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the Procurement of civil works for construction of MDRR building phase 1, source of fund from MDRR fund to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Procurement of civil works for construction of MDRR building phase 1”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 3. Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar projects within two (2) years from the deadline of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders. 4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on June 26, 2024 to July 5, 2024 from the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00). Pre-bid conference will be July 8, 2024 at 3:00 pm 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 22, 2024 at 1:30 pm. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18 and bid security declaration. 8. Bid opening shall also be held on July 22, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Conference Room, Municipal Hall, San Isidro, Surigao del Norte. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. 9. The Municipal Local Government of San Isidro reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
