Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. IV. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee, Municipality of Kitaotao, Bukidnon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm, October 21 – October 28, 2024. V. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount specified above. The method of payment will be through cash. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective Bidder or his authorized representative. VI.
