The Municipal Government of Solana, through the General Fund MO-MOOE 2024 intends to apply the sum of one hundred eighty-five thousand pesos & 00/100 (P185,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of ID Card printer with 20 sets of ribbon ink and PVC card under SVP \ 2024-25. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of quotation. 2. The Municipal Government of Solana now invites quotation supply and delivery of ID Card printer with 20 sets of ribbon ink and PVC card under svp \ 2024-25. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. 3. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. A request for quotation may be acquired by interested bidders starting on October 15, 2024 from the address below. 5. Quotation must be duly received by the BAC at the address below on or before October 22, 2024 @ 11:00 AM. 6. Opening of quotation shall be on October 22, 2024 @ 2:00 PM at BAC designated office, Office of the MBO, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall, LGU Solana. Evaluation of quotation shall be on October 22, 2024 after the opening of Quotation. Quotation will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. 7. The Municipal Government of Solana reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 8.
