The Local Government Unit of Tanauan, Leyte through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P74,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIVE (5) LITER HEAVY DUTY OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR FOR MDRR RESPONDERS USE DURING EMERGENCY. The LGU-Tanauan, Leyte now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIVE (5) LITER HEAVY DUTY OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR FOR MDRR RESPONDERS USE DURING EMERGENCY. 3. Opening of bids will be conducted through negotiated bidding procedures as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
