The MARIA L. ELEAZAR GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the Continuing Appropriations FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-One and Sixty Centavo (PHP3,961,551.60), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Emergency Room Medicines /IB 2024 PB-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The MARIA L. ELEAZAR GENERAL HOSPITAL, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required is specified in the Schedule Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from BAC SECRETARIAT and (MARIA L. ELEAZAR GENERAL HOSPITAL) inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00AM – 5:00 PM, Monday- Friday except on declared nonworking day. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on July 2, 2024, to July 22, 2024 (July 22, 2024 up to 9:00 AM only) from the given address and upon payment of the applicable fee for Bidding Documents, pursuant to the last Guidelines issued by the GPPB (Lot Item) in the amount PHP 5,000.00. 6. The MARIA L. ELEAZAR GENERAL HOSPITAL, will hold a Pre-Bid Conference via face to face and/or online on July 10, 2024 10:00 AM at Maria L. Eleazar General Hospital Isolation Building at Supply and Engineering Office, Tagkawayan Quezon and/or through video conferencing or webcasting via Skype, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
