The Barangay Council of Zaragoza through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php520,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of 34 Units Solar Street Lights along Dist. 2 and Dist. 3, Barangay Zaragoza, Bolinao,Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Council of Zaragoza now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Forty-Five (45) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
