The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Fisheries Office No. 1 (BFAR RFO1), through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Six Pesos (P 2,472,776.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Delivery of PP Ropes for the Rehabilitation and Recovery Program (Typhoon Paeng). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The BFAR-RFO I now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by as indicated in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.
