NO.: 2024106480 BID DESCRIPTION: Procurement of 124 boxes of Dengue Combo Rapid Test NS1 (25 tests/box) for the consumption of (3) three Davao del Norte Hospitals ABC: 1,996,400.00 RATE: ₱5,000.00 DELIVERY TERM: 15 Calendar Days 3 The prospective bidder must have completed, within the period specified in the Invitation to Bid, an SLCC that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. However, in the case of Expendable Supplies, said SLCC must be at least twenty five percent (25%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
