The Local Government Unit of Buug, through the TrustFund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos only(460,000.00) being the a6pproved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and delivery of Radio Base Set with Installation and NTC License . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goodis required 60 days, Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.
