Rita, through the [2024 General Fund of the LGU under 20% Infrastructure Project)] (intends to apply the sum of [P 750,000.00]) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [PB - 24-05-20]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government of Sta. Rita now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
