Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS, AND INCIDENTALS for CONSTRUCTION OF THREE (3)-STOREY SIX (6) CLASSROOM CTU ACADEMIC BUILDING AT ASTURIAS, CEBU under Advertisement No. 24-100BS. Completion of the Works is required for the period of TWO HUNDRED TEN (210) calendar days.
