The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No.001-04 dated April 15, 2024 series of 2024 as General Fund Supplemental Budget No.1 for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred thousand Pesos (P 1,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONCRETING OF ROAD WITH SLOPE PROTECTION AT BRGY. SAN PEDRO 2 MALVAR BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-072024-009698. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
