The Department of Transportation (DOTR), using a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid under GPPB Resolution No. 27-2019), through the CY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Pesos (Php2,249,330.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Service Vehicles (Framework Agreement) with Project ID No. CBAC-CO-GS-2024-06.
