Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be disqualified upon bid opening. The Municipal Government of Taytay now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CUSTOMIZED MULTI-PURPOSE UTILITY VEHICLE TO BE USED BY THE BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION (BFP) - TAYTAY RIZAL FIRE STATION. Bidders should have a completed contract similar to the project, within 2 years from the date of submissions of bids. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government procurement Reform Act”. ● Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 Revised IRR of R.A. 9184.
