Deadline for submission and receipt of bids shall be on or before 1:30 P.M. of September 10, 2024. Late bids shall not be accepted. 4. Bid opening shall be on September 10, 2024 right after 1:30PM at the Bids and Awards Committee Conference Room, 2/F, New Executive Building.
