On-Call Siphoning Services for Mine 3 Coal Project “Project” Tender are invited for On-call Siphoning Services for Mine 3 Coal Project “Project” Procurement Mode : Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) Classification : Goods Category : Waste Management and Recycling Contract Duration : 0 Day s Budget for the Contract : PHP 160,000.00 Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2024 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP160,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other chargesfor the On-call Siphoning Services for Mine 3 Coal Project “Project”. The services shall be rendered at PNOC EC Mine 3 Project Site, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay within Thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and Acceptance Letter. Please note that the bid proposal to be submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid proposal will be disqualified. PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work for complete details.
