Macarthur, through the 20% BDF 2024 in the amount of Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred Five Pesos Only (80,805.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Supplies and Materials for the Construction of Public Sanitary Toliet at Sitio Inuulanguhan, Barangay Roxas, Gen. Macarthur, E. Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Barangay Roxas of Gen. Macarthur now invites bids for Construction Materials at Sitio Inuulanguhan, Barangay Roxas, this municipality. Delivery of goods required is Fifteen (15) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, Otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizen’s /sole proprietorship or organizations with atleast seventy five percent (75%) interest of outstanding capital of stock belonging to the citizen of the Philippines.
