The Municipal Government of Hagonoy, Bulacan, through the Trust Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight hundred Pesos (Php 199,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Procurement of Office Supplies and IT Equipment for Health Education and Promotion Program”. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotation. 2. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 1 calendar day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project for the last two (2) years. 3. Opening of Quotations will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Government of Hagonoy at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. 5. Quotations must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below on or before October 15, 2024 at 9:00 am. Late quotations shall not be accepted. 6. Opening of quotations shall be on October 15, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the given address below.
