Contract ID No. : 24RFQ088 Name of Project : Purchase of Office Equipment for Super RHU Location : Hermosa, Bataan Funding Source : GENERAL FUND Approved Budget : ₱ 160,000.00 for the Contract Delivery Date : 15 Calendar Days To be eligible to quote for this contract, a suppliers must meet the following major criteria: (a) prior registration with MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF HERMOSA, (b) Filipino Citizen or 60% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation to the type and cost of this contract. Interested suppliers are required to submit their valid and current Mayor’s Permit, Income/Business Tax Return, PhilGEPS Registration Number, Omnibus Sworn Statement, and Price Quotation Form ( Annex “A” ). Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation, which complies with the minimum description as stated above and other terms and conditions stated in the price quotation form. Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the bidder or his/her duly authorized representative/s. Submission of quotation and eligibility documents is on or before 3:00 p.m. of October 15, 2024 at 2nd Floor Mayor’s Conference Room, Hermosa Municipal Building.
