Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be disqualified upon bid opening. The Municipal Government of Taytay now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD COMMODITIES FOR SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION SY 2024-2025. Bidders should have a completed contract similar to the project, within 2 years from the date of submissions of bids. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government procurement Reform Act”. ● Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 Revised IRR of R.A. 9184. The Municipal Government of Taytay will hold the Pre-Bid Conference on October 14, 2024 at 2:00PM, which shall be open only to all interested parties who have presented their letter expressing their interest and/or purchased the Bidding Documents. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on October 14, 2024 to October 28, 2024 (until 12:00PM) from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php 5,000.00.
