The bidder/supplier must include 1-year supply of consumables with 1-year warranty on parts and services from the time of acceptance. 4. The unit to be supplied must be factory calibrated with calibration certificate valid for 1-year. 5. The bidder/supplier shall assure the procuring entity that the unit to be supplied can be calibrated locally. 6. The bidder/supplier must provide at least 1-day training for the procuring entity technical staff/end-user on the operation and maintenance of the unit.
