The Barangay Government of San Pablo through Supplemental Budget No. 1 2024 to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00) being the approved budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Civil Works with Project ID No. 2024-007. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Government of San Pablo invites bids for the above Procurement Project Completion of the works is required to be completed within 45 calendar days upon the issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay Government of San Pablo and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. during office hours. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 10-17, 2024 from given address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, in the amount of Php1,000.00. the proof of payment with photocopy shall be presented before releasing of bidding documents. 6. The Barangay Government of San Pablo will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 15, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at Barangay Hall San Pablo, Tacurong City, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below on or before October 23, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8.
