N-2024-10-172 The Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P75,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment for the Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines under PR No. 2024-09-386 dated September 25, 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital (DJRMH) now invites duly licensed bidders to bid for the procurement of the above-captioned package. Delivery period is within fifteen (15) calendar days. Eligible bidders are those who have renewed their Mayor’s Permit, DTI Registration, PhilGEPS Certificate and Income/Business Tax Return. Bidder should also submit Omnibus Sworn Statement. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138. The “Request for Quotation of Prices” may be given to interested bidders on October 4, 2024 – October 15, 2024 from the address below.
