The Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the HFEP 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Three Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (PHP 23,110,800.00) for COMPLETION OF CSGH VARIOUS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Description Amount (PHP) 1 lot COMPLETION OF CSGH VARIOUS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS PHP 23,110,800.00 Conversion of OLD NICU to HRPU and Expansion of CSSU Renovation of Pharmacy Unit Renovation of Medical and Surgical ICU Completion of Dr. Arturo c. Cunanan Jr. Building Facade Renovation and Improvement of Patients, Watcher and Visitors Waiting Area Inside the Hospital Directional and Identification Signage of CSGH Construction of IHOM Office Completion of CSGH Cafeteria with Alfresco Dinning Area 2. The Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through online submission using the created official e-mail account virtualbidding2020.csgh@gmail.com on or before September 25, 2024, 9:00 am specified in the Bidding Documents in two (2) password-protected Bidding Documents saved as PDF file in compressed archive folders (Zip or Winrar). Bidding Documents not in compressed archive folders and are not password-protected, shall be rejected. Late bids shall not be accepted. The bidder may modify its bid, provided that this is done before the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids. But it shall not be allowed to retrieve its original Bid, but shall only be allowed to send another Bid equally secured and properly identified and labeled as “modification”. Upon receipt of the first and second envelopes or password-protected files, PEs shall generate a Bid receipt page for the official time of submission which can be saved or printed by the bidder. This will be done by sending a print screen or screenshot of the received e-mail from the bidder displaying the official time in the screen with message of acknowledgement from the BAC. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. 9. Interested Bidders shall submit a Certified True Copy of Valid PCAB License (Small B Category C or D) and registration applicable to the type and cost of contract with a value of at least fifty percent (50 %) of the ABC and have key personnel and equipment listed in the eligibility form available for the prosecution of the contract. 10. The Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
