The Bids & Awards Committee through the DEPED Fund intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE PESOS (P999,655.00) for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply & Delivery of Goods for Project P.A.T BAGSIK for the Month of September 2024”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Bids & Awards Committee now invites bids for “Supply & Delivery of Goods for Project P.A.T BAGSIK for the Month of September 2024”. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Sec. II Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids & Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 o’clock in the morning until 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on September 12-23, 2024 from the address given below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents.
