The PHILIPPINE MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY, through Trust Fund, FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS AND 74/100 (₱5,631,332.74) being the ABC to payment for the following: Lot Bid Reference No. ABC (Php) LOT A - WHITE UNIFORM PID NO. 2024-017A P 3,209,346.63 LOT B - COLORED UNIFORM PID NO. 2024-017B 2,421,986.11 under the contract for the “PROCUREMENT OF LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR CADET’S UNIFORM FOR FEBRUARY 1, 2025 TO JULY 31, 2025 (EPA)” with Project ID No. 2024-017. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The PMMA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required for the period of FEBRUARY 1, 2025 TO JULY 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
