The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Fifty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Seven Pesos (P 53,757.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for PESO-NE Passport on Wheels. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations. 2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by two (2) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. 3. Procurement Documents may be acquired by interested Suppliers from October 1-4, 2024, from the address given below during office hours and it may also be downloaded free of charge from the PhilGEPS website. 4. Sealed quotations must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before October 4, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. Late quotations shall not be accepted. Opening of quotations shall be on October 4, 2024, at 9:00 A.M, at the address given below. Quotations will be opened in the presence of the Suppliers’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 5.
