The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, through TCC Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen Pesos Only (Php 1,007,916.00) broken down as follows: ITEM BRIEF DESCRIPTION Sub- ABC 1. 1 lot Hardware’s and Construction Supplies Php 1,007,916.00 Total ABC Php 1,007,916.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Goods for Improvement of Registrar (Materials Only). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bidding opening. 2. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the Procurement of Goods for Improvement of Registrar (Materials Only) and Delivery Schedule is Required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders must have completed a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid, in the case of Expendable Supplies; Said SLCC must be at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. 4.
