Macarthur, through the 2024 20% BDF FY 2024 in the total amount Eighty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (89,560.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Improvement of Drainage Canal at Barangay Binalay, Gen. Macarthur, E. Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Barangay Binalay of Gen. Macarthur now invites bids for Construction Materials. Delivery of goods required is Ten(10) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible is contained in Bidding documents, particularly in Instruction to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, Otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizen’s /sole proprietorship or organizations with atleast seventy five percent (75%) interest of outstanding capital of stock belonging to the citizen of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay Binalay, Municipality of Gen. Macarthur and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 9:00 pm from Monday to Friday. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by the interested bidders from the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of One Hundred Pesos Only (100.00).
